I installed slat wood in my gym and the height was 3" short of the ceiling so I got creative. I installed this crown at the top of the panelling that served as a channel for LED color-change lighting (smart lights so I could voice control). I researched many different floor brands (big box stores and online) and got tons of samples. My local flooring store gave me some really big samples to take home for a few days to view in various lighting. I was stuck between the Mannington nougat and praline. I went with the nougat color and it is balanced neutral that looks good with warm or cool colors and is perfect! I also purchased Mannington cleaning solution which works very well on them.. Marie. I ordered the carbon tiles. They turned out great in my entryway, kitchen and closet. Installing them went pretty smoothly. With the four sides connecting it was a little difficult in smaller spaces to latch the sides but with persistence it worked out and they feel like they will stay together better than the connect and pound style.
