Packaging needs improvement. There’s scratches on some of the fan blades and the glass has scratches on it. Feels sturdy, but light enough to make installation easier. I mainly liked this product because of the APP to be able to use the fan. So you don’t necessarily need the remote. I had a fan previously that had a remote and I accidentally washed the remote because it was lost in the sheets when they went into the wash. lol. This is just so cool - the only reason for taking off a star is that the rod it comes with is way too long.
