Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. This is the cutest little gas range. I’m funny about how things look and this is really attractive. Comes with kit to convert to propane. I got a little scared when the back of the stove said natural gas only. And then realized that’s if you use that particular connection, so don’t freak when you see that. It has enough racks. It’s a convection oven as well, which is awesome for making things on several racks with even baking. Perfect for cookies, instead of having to bake a batch at a time. Has a drawer on the bottom for storage . There was absolutely nothing to do when you unpacked it, all the parts were there. Packed extremely well. This heater can put out some heat!! I set mine at 60 degrees and it stays 70-80 degrees in my well insulated small home. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised.
