The sink is reversibly glazed on all sides so you may choose to have the small bowl on the left or right side. All the rage because of its personality and function. It combines ease of use and durability. Finished in a glossy bright white glaze. All dimensions for fireclay sinks are nominal due to shrinking during the firing process. For this reason, we recommend waiting to receive your actual sink before purchasing a cabinet or making cuts to countertops. Dimensions will vary by up to .25 inches.

You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. I ordered this desk on Jan 17th because of its fast delivery, but it was delayed more than a week. When the package got here, it was damaged and pieces were missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would send me the missing parts. I waited over a week, but I never heard from the manufacturer, and the parts never came. I asked for a refund. The packaging said that I wouldn't have to send it back, and I spoke to a Wayfair representative who confirmed I didn't need to send it back for my refund. On Feb 21st I received an email telling me my refund was issued, but on March 14th, the refund still hasn't been issued. Since then, I have received another package with random parts and no instructions, they don't go to the desk.
