The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The 48 in. wide Kucht top-of-the-line model boasts two separate ovens, the main is a heavy-duty blue porcelain 4.2 cu. ft. 22,000 BTU convection oven with a 10,000 BTU tube burner broiler. The main feature of this series is the ability to change the look of your kitchen in less than 2 minutes by changing the color of the oven door and the kickplate. You can get a new color set (oven door and kickplate) for really a low price and change it whenever you like.
