Okay, look...this thing is a nice looking item, and actually well made, but the instructions are LITERALLY WRONG AT THE LAST STEP. I'm not an idiot and I put together many things but I had to disassemble parts of it that were pre-put together to make it work. Somebody less handy would have trouble. Still, nice item. The ACR161WNSF456 includes an external readout of the interior temperature, as well as the high/low temperature as required for data records. This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. Also it is a folding chair but much effort must be made to fold it. In addition a warning to those who have never used a joy stick for games. There is a learning curve.. P. Springfield, PA.
