Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor. This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! Being a freestanding acrylic bathtub, it’s easier to handle during installation and doesn’t feel too cold when you step in. The surface feels smooth, and overall it just feels simple to use. The whirlpool jets are there when you want them. With 11 jets, the water moves around your body in a steady way. It’s not too strong, but enough to help you relax after a long day. The bubble feature also keeps the water moving lightly, which feels calm and not too much. There’s also built-in lighting inside the tub. It’s soft and not too bright, but it does change the feel a bit, especially in the evening. You may not notice it at first, but once you sit in, it adds to the experience. With a 50-gallon capacity, you get enough depth for a good soak. You don’t have to keep shifting around to get comfortable. The center drain also keeps things balanced, so it fits easily in different setups. At the end of the day, this bathtub is simple to use.
