only half the product arrived. very nice looking range hood, but if you want it to actually work and be ductless fan you have to add more pieces that was not mentioned when I ordered. then upon asking for help that was a joke, wayfair staff ordered the fan stating that it was the one for my range hood and of course does not fit. this is a joke. actually it looks nice.
