Still dealing with company on a reasonable refund amount as they quoted me 32 dollars and the amount of damage and difference of the color stained pieces were pretty much every piece. This dresser is by far my favorite wayfair order to date! Its such great quality, functional, and beautiful. It is a nice large piece that fits so much inside it. The top drawer on each side are more shallow than the bottom drawers, which is nice to have the variety to store different things. It would be nice if the drawers glided a little more smoothly, and it did arrive with a few very minor scratches. However neither was a big enough deal to warrant a return or complaint. This is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. Expensive, but completely worth the cost. To have a piece like this custom-made would have been at least as much, and would take longer. I have other pieces in this collection from Copeland. Made from solid cherry with black walnut drawer pulls and beautifully finished, it is exceptional. Was supposed to be delivered in August but it arrived in July. Very pleased about that, along with the communication from Wayfair. The delivery was spot on--the 2 guys were nice as could be and were right on time. They handled the box carefully, and even carried it back to the bedroom rather than leaving it inside the front door. We had a nice chat and tipped them well!
