7/9/26: update - Customer service has been excellent, responsive and happy with resolution. Voiced my complaint with them and they are replacing the frame for the couch. Can't complain about that. I'll update again if there are no issues with this frame. Outside of that issue, the other pieces are great and very comfortable. OG review: Very disappointed. Had high hopes since my mom has had a plywood set for years and it's quality. Struggled with the idea of spending so much but decided it would be worth it for a quality set that would last for years. Well, that thought was ended the first time we sat on the couch. First off, assembly was a breeze. I completed by myself in a few hours, taking my time because it was extremely hot. But the next morning, went out to have coffee, husband sat on couch, leaned forward to pick up his cup and we heard a pop. He joked about my shotty work putting it together but when we looked we saw it was the prefabricated piece that had broke. IDK if it's just glued together there but it was not strong enough for him to lean forward to grab his coffee. Now, he isn't a tiny guy but he's not huge either, weighes about 220 so in my mind this "quality" furniture should be able to support that. Not sure what kind of customer service help we can get since I am not disassembling everything to send back. Just very surprised and disappointed in Polywood. We are very happy with this dresser! It looks beautiful in the nursery, feels sturdy, and the drawers are spacious and glide smoothly. However, the one at the end of the bed is visible from almost any position around and away from the bed and detracts significantly from the beautiful look of the bed and its solid wood construction. And it stands to reason that a bed that cost @$3,000 should be not only functionally perfect, but optically in every way. We are also waiting to hear from Wayfair regarding reported damage to the bed, but are hopeful that we will have the damaged part(s) replaced, delivered and installed very soon.. Laurel. Holy cow...these are HEAVY, oversize chairs (about a chair and a half) with overstuffed cushions. They are pricey, but are definitely made to last. Swivel and rock which makes them more comfy than your average chair. Didn't opt for the ottoman as I can't justify $600 for a footstool, but the chair itself is 5 stars across the board.. Stephanie.
