Three things to be aware of: (1) Many of the pre-drilled holes weren't drilled all the way through, so we had to drill them ourselves; (2) You need your own specialized tools (like a drill with a certain-sized square drill bit & two different size sockets); and (3) At least for us, the box arrived extremely damaged, with holes in the box. Arrived undamaged. Easy to put together. There was a discrepancy in instructions and size of the screws enclosed for the top back of bench just the 2 on sides but it worked out fine must just be a typo. The bench itself feels very sturdy. I am approx. 5' 7" my shoulders rest right at the top of back and the width of seat is comfortable for legs not short like some benches that end too short on the thighs. Color teak true to picture. This antique Chinese high yoke back armchair has a back splat adorn with a nicely carved dear, crane, flowers on the branch, and protruding crest rail. The restoration is intentionally kept to the minimum. The well-aged original finish leaves a beautiful patina all over the chairs. The high yoke back armchair was also commonly called “Official Hat Chair” because of its resemblance to the wing-like brimmed government official hat. The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well.
