7/9/26: update - Customer service has been excellent, responsive and happy with resolution. Voiced my complaint with them and they are replacing the frame for the couch. Can't complain about that. I'll update again if there are no issues with this frame. Outside of that issue, the other pieces are great and very comfortable. OG review: Very disappointed. Had high hopes since my mom has had a plywood set for years and it's quality. Struggled with the idea of spending so much but decided it would be worth it for a quality set that would last for years. Well, that thought was ended the first time we sat on the couch. First off, assembly was a breeze. I completed by myself in a few hours, taking my time because it was extremely hot. But the next morning, went out to have coffee, husband sat on couch, leaned forward to pick up his cup and we heard a pop. He joked about my shotty work putting it together but when we looked we saw it was the prefabricated piece that had broke. IDK if it's just glued together there but it was not strong enough for him to lean forward to grab his coffee. Now, he isn't a tiny guy but he's not huge either, weighes about 220 so in my mind this "quality" furniture should be able to support that. Not sure what kind of customer service help we can get since I am not disassembling everything to send back. Just very surprised and disappointed in Polywood. This is a beautiful set! Came together relatively easily (took two people maybe a little over 2 hours). Ordered the gray set in early October for delivery early Dec. I called for status Christmas week. Revised delivery date for early Jan, then late Jan, then early Feb. Finally received set mid Feb. VERY different upholstery...not even offered as an option on Wayfair. The wing back chairs are correct pattern, but green. Arm chairs are something else...like a Monet water print. Full service delivery was fabulous! Wayfair said they could reorder the set, but it would take another two months. Decided to keep this set and purchase a coordinating rug with the refund they offered for the error, since the rug I had previously purchased from Wayfair in anticipation of receiving a gray set, did not match this upholstery. This was a great find! I love this new sitting group for my big front porch. It was a good value but looks much more expensive than I paid. I looked at the local outdoor stores but their sittings looked cheap although they cost more and didn’t include cushions. I’m happy with my purchase.
