In my building, where summers can get brutally hot and humid, this unit has enough capacity to pull the temperature down quickly and then maintain a comfortable, stable environment. One of the biggest advantages is that it’s a great solution for apartments that don’t allow traditional window ACs. My building has restrictions on anything that hangs out of the window, so standard window units aren’t an option.
