Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Happy with our new member in the house, the Hot Tub we buy from Wayfair. Only a setback we have with the Jacuzzi Cover that come with a hole in the interior of the fabric but we contacted Wayfair and we expecting a replacement.
