Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality. So far so good!! Purchased this table for my kids rec room. It’s being used mostly by ages 11-13. Definitely purchased the protection just in case as this age group could get a little rough playing. Air flow is good for the puck which is smaller than an arcade size puck and lighter. Lights and sounds work well and are a nice touch.
