Received my order 1/8/2025 for the Ferris Wheel, simple to put together myself. It will be a beautiful addition to my 2025 outdoor Christmas decorations. Fantastic idea, great quality, and well constructed for the bear. However, the elf is poorly designed and cheaply made. As soon as I removed the Elf from the bag, his head fell off and I had to reattach his head. I also had to Jerry rig his body to the bear because one of his pins broke off. The elf has two pins aka small rods that are inserted into the bear for stability purposes. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. The quality was good overall and it seemed sturdy, the locking mechanism could be better but the whiteboard it self is the heaviest part, which has its pros and cons. The trim around the whiteboard was cheap though and coming loose. A bit of clear caulk/adhesive would fix that.
