The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT. One of the few places where this faucet can still be obtained, however I thought I was ordering the faucet with a 2.5 gal. per minute flow, but received the faucet with a 1.5 gal. per minute flow, so I’m a bit disappointed.
