Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. Everything arrived extremely well packaged with plenty of foam protection, corner guards, and wrapping to protect the glass and hardware during shipping. All parts were organized, and nothing arrived damaged. The kit also included all the necessary hardware, gloves, and clear, easy-to-read instructions. The instruction booklet is laid out well and appears straightforward to follow when installation time comes. Sleek and a eye catcher. Has great ventilation pull and has several levels of suction. My only complaints are...the fan is a bit loud and my front panel only lights up once you press on the light or vent fan icons. It's extremely hard to see the number on and light icon on the solid black touch panel. It should have a back light. Could be the installer missed connecting a wire for the back light. A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam.
