It has a very sleek look and seems well constructed, although the curved “spout” doesn’t seem like it’s very thick metal and I don’t feel it matches the look of the curve and height in their photo. The base and handle are heavy duty, the sprayer is plastic, but blends nicely with the metal and doesn't stand out. The pull down hose is black. The three hole cover plate included was needed for my installation, which was nice. Arrived quickly, packaged well and was easy to install. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor.
