I waited for the Memorial Day Sale and got it at a great price! Shipping was fast. It said three boxes but box two was inside box one. I was able to lay out all of the pieces and everything was labeled very clearly. I worked on one step each night and with the exception of the steps that required two people I was ably to assemble this alone in a week. The only slow part was the roof panels have a plastic on BOTH sides that has to be removed. This took a little over four hours but it came of clean and easy (the metal is sharp). The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop.
