This is my third Dyson Animal. I keep one upstairs that is 10 years old and this new stand one I am keeping downstairs. I am very satisfied with Dyson vacuums. The suction power is excellent. I like the adjustable carpet level and a longer court, which my older Dyson does not have. It is a heavier, vacuum and many others on the market, but I have found that the lighter vacuums do not have the suction power that the Dyson does, so the weight of the vacuum is of no significant consequence to me. Holy moly this thing is great! I used it on my hardwood floors and it got them so clean! I do wish the water heated up faster. The sticker on the lid says 6-9 minutes and I think it was more like 10 minutes. I love all of the attachments and can’t wait to use them. I was also pleasantly surprised that this was on wheels!
