The garden statue I ordered, despite being packed in styrofoam, arrived broken. The entire bottom plate was broken off, along with two thumb-sized pieces near the base. Also, there was no mention that this package would arrive in a box that contained an image of the item on the box. This item was a gift and he saw it when he brought the package into the house and it completely ruined the surprise. He is very handy so he'll glue it up himself, but I am bitterly disappointed by its broken state and that the box was not a plain one, or one that simply featured the company logo, but a FULL SIZE IMAGE and description of the item!
