Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. The only downside is that the interior light turns off when the door is closed, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to keep the light on for display. It would be nice if there were an option to leave the light on so you could see the drinks through the glass door. The one thing I hope they’ll change on future models.
