Delivery was smooth and quick. All the piece were inside the box with no rips or snags. Setup was easy. Took me about 30-45 minutes total to set up. Although I’ve only sat in it a few hours, the chair is sturdy & solid and very comfortable. I love the height it gives and the lumbar and neck support is a great feature due to lower back issues.
