Delivery was smooth and quick. All the piece were inside the box with no rips or snags. Setup was easy. Took me about 30-45 minutes total to set up. Although I’ve only sat in it a few hours, the chair is sturdy & solid and very comfortable. I love the height it gives and the lumbar and neck support is a great feature due to lower back issues. I bought 3 of these but have only installed one so far. I love the novelty of the design, and have used it turned upright as a drinking fountain, and to rinse out my eye when I got some sand in it. Very handy. My husband will also really like it for the spray option, and the height and adjustability for a quick hair wash in the sink. My one complaint is that the on-off handle is so stiff, it's almost impossible to turn it on at any volume other than full blast. You have to work so hard to push the lever, then it just goes to total on, nothing in between. I'm hoping the other 2 won't be so stiff, and if not, maybe there is something that can be adjusted on this one. They are a great price and overall good quality. Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent.
