These pillow case are soft and cool to the touch at first. They are also very stretchy. The queen size stretches to fit a king pillow. I gave them a 4 star because they only feel cool when you initially put your head on them. Within moments the temperature feels normal. I had a set of Tencel sheets for years until recently they tore. At first I got some bamboo sheets that seemed soft in the store and were a pretty color. Big mistake!
