I ordered the white as an open box. Pleasantly surprised that all the pieces were there as well as easy to understand instructions. I put this together by myself. I worked in little increments due to time constraints, but it would probably have only took 2-3 hours if I did so consecutively. I have four cats that all have special requirements in their diet, so this makes it so much easier than the set up I had before to separate the food and see how much is left. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
