With a wood texture, it is waterproof, anti-stain, lightweight, and easy to apply. You don't need to be professional, saving your time and budget. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Besides flooring, it can be applied to the wall as an accent wall, ceiling, or cabinet by adding extra glue (liquid nail/contact glue).

Currently in the middle of installing, they came poorly packaged, tiles were spilling out of their boxes when they arrived. Thankfully I havent found any major damage, but over half of them came with chipped corners, so you will need to grout to hide it, but I was planning on doing that anyways.
