This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. This dehumidifier works amazing! We had a humidity issue in our house and this fixed it. This dehumidifier works so well it actually made our smart thermostat send alert that humidity had dropped below normal. This is my 2nd dehydrator exactly like this..I love my current one and needed to replace one of my old basis dehydrators before the dehydration season was over. Tip: if you dehyrate alot of medicinal herbs- like I do. Cut out window screen and place on each tray. Do not cut out the center.
