I am very pleased with this pillow, I have gone through many many body pillows, but they are never firm enough for me. I have spinal issues and I need complete support. This pillow is surprisingly firm but soft. It gives me the support I need and I am sleeping better, I am going to purchase a second one just to keep in my closet for later date.
