I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion. I was looking for a armless oak looking chair that was small and blended in with my vintage oak desk. Did not get in the way of my other furniture and was comfortable and adjustable height. I saw this at Wayfair on sale. I wanted some thing inexpensive. It was perfect and I stopped looking at other places. Could not be happier. It was easy enough for this 73 old woman with muscle pain to assemble myself.
