Terrible. I did a full bathroom remodel and this was the last thing to do. The little cross bar to hold the magazines is missing. Wayfair will not help because its 7 days passed the 30 refund. I stated I dont want a refund or exchange just the part sent to me. Its probably about a 2 part. Horrible customer service. Unless i can find something to use its wasted money. I was almost 300. If not, we will keep the 4-star rating, taking off one star for the packaging from the manufacturer that could have been improved by simply adding a stabilizing piece of cardboard to the middle of the box.. The small size of this rack is perfect. It fits beneath my windowsill and sticks out from the wall very little. It even has cutouts at the base in order to lay flat against a wall while to accommodating a baseboard molding. Unfortunately, the cutouts are only 5 inches tall and my baseboards are 6.5 inches. The print instructions are very minimal although there's a QR code for a video.
