The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. I had to place it in the middle of the wall/around eye level because the air vent doesn't move too far up or down. Love the remote feature and it's very easy to use. I am overjoyed this replacement unit seems to work! The temperature hasn't soared yet, so I'll wait until it does to give a proper assessment. At first glance of the packaging though, I felt I was getting a working unit. Box was clean and inside was brand new. There were no dents on the uniot like the first one. I plugged it in and it actuall blew air, unlike the first one. So, so far, so good. Thanks to Rashad @ Customer Service for being so decisive in getting the replacement to me so quickly! Cheers.. We set it up in our living room window and leave our bedroom doors open, works great! - Once we picked a temperature, there's no readjusting all the time. It holds pretty steady without the turning on and off. Even when on Eco mode. - There's no added moisture in the air, the room doesn't feel clammy and gross when the AC is running. It's comfortable. The noise is not bothersome at all! The unit is heavy so keep that in mind for installation but it’s a lovely unit! It’s summer so it’s a good timing for the ac.
