Replaced a gas water heater after 30+ years. Initially it saved a lot compared to electric. But LP gas has gotten so high that I felt I was not saving anymore. This enclosure is AMAZING. Very high quality and easy to read instructions. You will probably need a drill to get all the screws in. Built this in about an hour and it’s so solid but not too heavy. I was worried this wouldn’t be as big as I needed for my Blue Tongue Skink but it definitely is. She has so much space. 1010 recommend. Highest quality enclosure I have ever owned.
