Right out of the box ! we bought 2; kind of a Graphite Black color - they were packed/shipped very well & delivered quickly (Summer 2025)- they went together easily, the swivel recliners met & enhanced the aesthetic theme expectations of the space they are in beautifully! After a month of moderate usage in a sun-light/UV protected space, by 2 people w/no animals i will unfortunately have to change the initial 4.5 star rating to a 2.5 star rating for the following reasons: 1) the chair back & w/recliner extended is designed to comfortably accommodate a person under 5'9" - works for me at 5' but not my husband @ 6'. 2) the recliners foot-leg rest only extends to full-out - there is no partial or 1/2 way for the leg extension. 3) on both chairs, the leather on the head-rest & seat-back & the seat cushions very quickly/prematurely began drooping/sagging, wrinkled & starting to show a crack/split appearance (that is not due to years of age as would be expected) and is only getting worse over time. The price-point for these at the time was reasonable & on paper the 'look' & description of them seemed to be the perfect fit to enhance our Great Rooms furniture suite; unfortunately the quality of these recliners materials & the size/mechanical limitations are disappointing and will not meet the hoped for expectations for comfortability w/a quality handsome appearance or the quality of durability & long wear. - sv. NOT BROWN: I absolutely love this recliner, but....the color is NOT brown. I was looking for a brown or potentially dark brown color and it's very difficult to tell actual color from the product photos. However, the product description says 'brown' so I figured it was. That said, this is khaki/cream...a very light color. In some lights it actually looks gray. Thankfully it works with our decor so we're keeping it. The quality, functionality and comfort is amazing! This dresser is solid when it comes to instructions - very easy to understand and put together. It’s also pretty heavy. I am in love with this dresser the size of the drawers are good, the line-up of the drawers isn’t wonky or off, and the sleek look is so cute. The reason I gave it a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review come down to two things. One, the front panels on the dresser drawers came with a few nicks, showing a much lighter tone of wood underneath. I was able to fix it with a few dots of my dark brown POSCA pen, but others may not be able to do the same with supplies at home. The other thing is the dresser is darker than the color shown in the image. While it worked out in the end, as I still love it and it still works with my other furniture, consumers should be able to expect to receive what they purchase, without surprises.
