This little glass display cabinet turned out so much better than I expected it too. I needed something that would fit in a corner between my living room and kitchen and this cabinet fits perfectly like a puzzle piece. It’s exactly what I had hoped for. It was VERY easy to put together and with it being mostly glass it’s very sturdy. The back “glass” is actually plexiglass which is great and makes the cabinet lighter than I expected as well. I did not purchase this to use as a desk. I needed a corner vanity and did not want to spend a lot of money. This was perfect for the budget and worked out great! The directions were very straightforward and easy to follow with the exception of the final step of placing the top shelving to the bottom base. The two sections in the corner as I show in the picture want to separate. This requires two people. I assembled this by myself and it took several hours. It is a great piece of furniture for a gaming desk or to use as a vanity. The light strip is a straight continuous wire and does not have an L shape to allow for the corner and sticks out. I absolutely adore this gorgeous vanity! So many great features, I have gotten a ton of compliments already - this turned out to be perfect for me. Heres an insider tip, if you can spring for it pay for the assembly service. My installer was about an hour late, but once he arrived he got it set up quickly enough, 3.5 hours total. I was understanding that it would be a time consuming task. There are lots of tedious small pieces, and unless youre a pro at it you dont want to have to put this together yourself, it has to be done precisely for all pieces and parts to work and be flush. It would take two people for an amateur job, only an installation pro could do this alone. That said, I am certain you will love your vanity setup just as much as I do. It has plenty of storage space in the drawers and on the shelves around the mirror. Eight drawers is plenty, if youre up a product hoarder like me. The Bluetooth speakers are loud and work perfectly, the light settings arent extremely bright, but bright enough to see your self working, and you can always add additional lighting overhead, or behind you, which I plan to do. I love that it comes with a little magnifying mirror that sticks to the larger mirror via suction. I had room for my extensive fragrance and oils collection that are sizeable bottles that take up space. This was absolutely necessary for the shelf space, because I dont have many bottles that are under 3.0 ml. The drawers roll open smoothly and I love the beautiful diamond knobs, when I open the blinds and the sunlight hits them it shoots beautiful prisms onto the flooring and walls. I initially intended to place it in the corner of the room, but it was much bigger than I thought so I just placed it on the wall closest to the door for best access. The blow dryer hook is large enough for me to hook on my hair dryer and my flat iron and drape the cords behind the table. I love that it has a power outlet with two USB ports and two sockets, I absolutely needed this feature. Also the fact that the glass part of the tabletop doesnt take up the whole table is fantastic because it makes the whole thing more sturdy and more fragile. The little stool chair is much sturdier than I thought. None of the pieces seem extremely thin or flimsy to me, this was well made and thoughtfully designed with space and comfort in mind. Extremely well packaged! I was nervous that some of the glass panels would arrive damaged but everything was so well packaged that even with damage on the box nothing was broken. All the outward facing manufactured wood pieces have plastic on them for protection as well. It was very easy to put together, all the parts were labeled well and had large labels that were easy to remove. The wiring was simple and everything worked once plugged in. This Curio cabinet arrived packaged well and quickly. The color of the wood grain is deep and gives a vintage nineties feel. The overall design reminds me of the cabinets from that era.
