This is perfect in terms of looks from a distance, though not the highest quality. I’ve had to touch up the color on a few places and it’s particle board, so not great. If you can afford a more expensive one, I would recommend spending more. But the higher quality ones didn’t deliver to my address, so I used the DIY method and assembled this with not too much difficulty. Best parts are the cupboards and drawers that open from both sides, and the real wood surface. Arrived with no instructions but I made it through Pros: - Side spice rack fits condiments and medications/supplements perfectly - Perfect size for small kitchen appliances, medium/large pots and pans, and coffee/tea items. - Well designed - convenient outlets Cons: - I bought this open box and it arrived with a cracked top piece and no instructions. Wayfair handled the issue, but I didn't want to waste the entire unit so I ended up using reverse image search on multiple foreign language search engines to hunt down pics I could use as reference and finally an assembly guide. - Off gassing. Wow. I'm sensitive to smells/VOCs and I had to open my windows for days while building this. It's been a month, and I can still smell it when I open the cabinets. Nitpicks/Tips: - The outlets only work if you turn the lights on. This is fine, but I might get amber light gels to cover the strips. - It seems like it moves well, as a unit, but I can't comment on that - my the top section doesn't easily because mine is cracked. 4/5, I love having this in my space and don't mind the non-VOC issues!. This is a very nice rolling island! It is very sturdy and the locks on the wheels are good (although a little tricky to get to). It looks great. The island came well packaged.
