Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. This is a huge medicine cabinet that has mirrors both inside and outside. It’s great to see all sides of your head when styling. It has an outlet along with charging port inside which is great. I plan on placing my small Bose speaker on the shelf. The only problem is the brackets were not included in the packaging so my shelves are not installed yet. The shelves are glass. Customer service was quick to answer my message about the missing brackets and they were shipped out right away. I couldn’t recess the cabinet because of pipes behind the wall that I didn’t know were there. My contractor installed a steel bracket underneath and installed it on the wall into the beams. 100 perfect choice. With many bad discs in my back I often need release from pain. This is my go to solution. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space.
