The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it.
