The measurements lie , it’s not a tall back, it’s a very short back and uses the cushions to give it that look. Very misleading and honestly very unstable . I can see people feeling like they are falling off this couch if the try to lean back. I literally bought it because it meet my measurement requirements and it was just a lie. Beware. The picture is without cushions… it’s so short. I’m 5foot tall nd it barely goes to my mid thigh. The ACTUAL support is only about 24 inches lol….. Ugh. It took my sister and I about 4 hours to put the sofa together we both unpacked and separated the items, then we individually put it together at different times. We easily took the covers off of the back cushions and seats and washed them, we wiped down the fabric and placed the foundation of the sofa together using the brackets. The back cushions will need to be replaced overtime because I can see how they will get worn, but I don’t think that’s too much to do overtime. We are thinking of getting the firm queen size pillows for the back cushions a little sooner. The seat cushions are very firm and comfortable at the same time. It is plush and my family besides my son are bigger people and we feel comfortable sitting on it and are still comfortable. We have had it for about a week and I can definitely see us having it for a while, it is a very good everyday couch we have placed it in the family room. We have the grey one and it has a bluish tint to it which I don’t really care for I wanted more of an actual grey. Overall, I like it and it was within my price range for a sectional sofa.. This couch has been a great addition to my living room. It offers plenty of space to lounge and stretch out, and assembly was surprisingly quick and easy. I do wish the cushions were a bit more comfortable, as they’re slightly firmer than expected. I also reached out to Wayfair hoping to purchase additional modular pieces to expand the setup, but unfortunately they don’t sell them separately. Like anyone else, I was definitely hesitant about buying a couch from anyone online…but I really can’t complain at all - this couch is GREAT. It showed up in 4 huge boxes - 1 on Friday, and the other 3 on Saturday. Pretty simple and straightforward directions. I took just me (28 yo man) about 11.5 hr to put it all together. I am I love with this sectional and pleasantly surprised by the quality! It came in 4 boxes and was fairly easy to assemble by myself. There’s a few different orientations you can do and it fits perfectly in my living room this way. It is very comfortable, the seat and back cushions are plush and maintain their shape. The fabric is soft and textured so will hide any imperfections over time. It’s also easy to clean which I did not expect for having the beige color. I don’t care for the usb but the cupholders and storage are a nice addition. If you don’t like the look of it you could technically leave that piece out, it’s not attached to a seat.
