Well the couch itself is beautiful! However it won’t function for the room I intended it to be placed. Reason only because I ordered a left side and got a right side instead. I’m waiting on what customer service is going to do on that. I also live on the 18th floor and have already taken it out of the box. So I don’t know how I can pack it back up and get it down 18 flights now that it’s not compressed. That’s my only reason for 4 stars. The sectional itself is definitely 5 stars. This is a fantastic couch. I didn't expect it to be as comfortable as it is. Will note it is VERY low to the ground - a plus for me as I have an elder dog - and the seats due slope back a bit so not the easiest to get out of for some people. But it's very comfortable overall... it's soft but still has some firmness to it. Bottoms have traction that helps them from sliding all over. Really like the green color too.
