This things is huge! It came in 3 boxes as mentioned. It did require two people to help put it together but it is lovely and comfortable! The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount.
