Shipping took 2 days longer than expected, and came 5 days apart from the first shipment, so just something to be aware of. Well the couch itself is beautiful! However it won’t function for the room I intended it to be placed. Reason only because I ordered a left side and got a right side instead. I’m waiting on what customer service is going to do on that. I also live on the 18th floor and have already taken it out of the box. So I don’t know how I can pack it back up and get it down 18 flights now that it’s not compressed. That’s my only reason for 4 stars. The sectional itself is definitely 5 stars.
