So I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and it came from the manufacturer or company that sent it with dents and scratches on the side as it put can see in the pictures. My husband didn’t want to try to repackage it as this item is almost 95 lbs and try to figure out how to get it back. So we opted to keep it as it’s cosmetic and should not affect functionality of it. This item requires some assembling but it’s quite minimal. You only need a screwdriver if I remember correctly. This item is Stainless Steel and a powder coated black housing. The handles are also a stainless steel brushed finish. This smoker does have Bluetooth. You download the app to your phone or tablet and can use the app to control the temperature. The app is extremely basic and nothing special. If this was the reason for my purchase I would have returned it. Absolutely no real creativity put into the functionality of this app In the top part of the smoker you have several metal racks. The top one has hooks for sausage and hanging meats on it. All the racks are removable however the levels are affixed and cannot be adjusted. In the bottom drawer your dripping pan is in there, a water pan as well as a wood chip pan of you choose to use them all the trays can be removed for cleaning. The drawer stays shut by clasp latches. It’s not self closing. By the glider on the drawer seems to move easily enough. The thermal probe is built in and has a nice housing holder on inside of machine to store the probe in Read instructions thoroughly. You must season the smoker before it’s first use. This is an electric smoker so you will need an outlet for it. Place on flat ground as the back has 2 wheels for moving it around. I could not find a custom cover that fits this smoker by the company so, I purchased the Unicook 40” cover and it fits this smoker fully assembled almost perfect. It’s a nice Fit Looking forward to getting to use the smoker for some delicious meals. Updating review great unit however drawer needed to be shifted over as it was hitting my door frame. Packaged very securely, smooth painted finish, no chips. This piece feels solid, drawers slide out easily, not sure if this has a soft close feature. Look forward to installation. Delivery time took about 3 weeks, but received frequent status on delivery tracking. Finally got installed and I really love it. Next time I buy a vanity, pay attention to where the drawers are placed. I wish I would have ordered an unit with drawers placed on the right ride versus the left side. The installation crew had to shift the vanity slightly over to insure the drawers could open and not hit the bathroom door’s trim. So it left a small gap. We have completely changed the way the lights shine, from traditional mirror sandblasting to the use of diffused plate materials to achieve higher brightness with lower wattage. This innovative design not only saves on lighting costs but also eliminates the need for additional cosmetic lights.

The piece is beautiful and works wonderfully. Be advised, however, that it comes with the plug sticking out the back. If you are planning on recessing it into a wall, you/your contractor will have to figure out how to rewire it through the side. Also, the shelves say adjustable but the clips are near impossible to take out. Plan to spend 20 minutes wrestling each clip out. Ac works great'. Heater is probably underrated for my larger area but still works good. The thing I loved was the delivery. IN 3 days the unit arrived in Swainsboro,Georgia just 15 miles from my house. Two days later I received it, from California!! No shipping cost!! This is unheard of in todays world.. Robert Cowart.
