This product is the perfect combination of the smoker, BBQ, and grill for the smoker enthusiast with the space to cook for large groups. This product gives the outdoor chef complete control over their smoked food via fire access doors, air dampers, and a location for flavored wood chips this three-in-one smoker, barbecue, and grill has a whopping 738 sq. in. of cooking space over 3 different cooking grates - that's more than enough space to cook for a party of 8 or more! The separate firebox chamber is what makes this a "smoker" - connected to the side of the main chamber, the firebox is a smaller chamber where you burn your charcoal or wood fuel. A small hole connecting the 2 chambers allows heat, smoke, and flavor from inside the firebox to enter the main chamber and indirectly cook your meal to a juicy, smoky, and tender perfection. The main grill chamber features a 254 sq. inch cooking area in addition to a 738 sq. inch surface in the firebox chamber, adding up to over 900 sq. inches of space to indirectly cook your meat, vegetables, and anything else you're serving.
