Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. It took a while to unpack and prep for install, but the initial impression of the unit itself is pretty good. It is a nice looking unit. It appears to be smaller than I expected but I haven't got it all together yet. I am VERY disappointed that the delivery people dropped it in my driveway without any contact or calls, they just left it and I was home. When you pay for a large item to be delivered inside it is frustrating. I had to push it inside my garage and it took two months for them to come back and bring it inside. As for packaging, it almost looks like the unit had been returned. The crating and packing was horrible and I'm surprised that I don't have damage, although I did find some. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. I love my home, but this sauna is now my favorite 'room' in the house. As others have said, it does require two sets of hands. For starters, you'll need two people to move the boxes to the desired location (they're VERY heavy). For the most part, one person can unpack the boxes and do the first several 'set up' steps. You'll only need the second pair of hands when you stand the 'walls' up. Tell the second person, you'll only need them for about 10 minutes of this part. After that, one person can finish on their own. As others have mentioned, it does take a full hour for it to get to 151 degrees. I typically turn it on and set it for an hour. For the first 20-30 minutes, I take a shower and turn off lights, brush my teeth, etc... by then the temp is between 120-130. I typically start sweating around 130 degrees. By the time the hour timer is up, it's between 145-150 degrees. I LOVE the color lights (I mainly use red) and the bluetooth speaker (I put my iPad outside the door and play Spotify or watch Hulu.). I'm deducting one start because one of the side panels doesn't create a tight seal at the base, and there's cool air coming in. No doubt, this is affecting how hot it gets and how fast. UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later..
