I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day.
