This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Kudos to Panasonic on the quality and longevity of the unit that we replaced!! As to the new unit, we are very pleased. Well-built and cooks well. A big plus for us is that the unit is just under 24" wide (most other brands are slightly wider). Since we have a 24" wide alcove the oven sits in, perfect. I would tend to agree with the other reviewer who commented on the interior light being somewhat dim - maybe a 2nd light on the other side of the oven might have been nice. It is very descent but very limited instructions on how to use all the settings. I had to go on line and ask AI how to do various things. Also disappointed in the air fryer portion and actually was not as good as expected and it would not go higher than 400 deg F. It is hard to sync the clock with my watch. Also on installation it was not real clear that I had to turn the exhaust fan to blow forward since we do not have teh ability to exhaust outside. Every thing else seems to work good. Good Cook 007.
