I haven’t had a chance to hook it up yet, but first impressions have been very positive. The delivery went smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. This was our first purchase for our bathroom remodel and I was a bit nervous ordering a tub online. I sat in some the same size on showroom floors and decided it was a good size. The tub was packed very well, arrived quickly and I recently took a bath in it, even though our bathroom is not yet finished. It's a great tub! The tub is very deep. The length of the tub is only 5 ft minus the large edge around the back of the tub. A tall person may find it a bit tight. All was in working order. Our only disappointment which is why I didn’t rate it five stars was it came poorly packaged. The tub was just sitting in the box, nothing to protect the corners, nothing wrapped.
