Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I'm a bit old-school and tend to prefer simpler machines with durable, long-lasting mechanical components rather than a lot of high-tech features. Overall, though, I'm very happy with it so far..
